Uma localização privilegiada na Ericeira! O apartamento no 1º andar, parte de um edifício familiar, foi recentemente remodelado e oferece acomodação única à beira-mar no centro histórico da Ericeira. Tanto a cozinha ampla com mesa de jantar como a sala de estar tem excelente vista para o mar. O apartamento fica perto de lojas de alimentos, mercado municipal, restaurantes, cafeterias, bares, discoteca e várias praias, todo a uma curta distância a pé.

O apartamento é decorado lindamente e tem três quartos de bom tamanho, um com cama de casal e dois com duas camas de solteiro cada. A cozinha aberta está totalmente equipada, incluindo uma máquina de lavar louça. Da sala de estar e da cozinha em espaço aberto pode desfrutar uma vista de primeira linha de mar. Um corredor leva aos 3 quartos e a casa de banho. Churrascos ao pôr do sol e à beira-mar completam esta linda casa.

"This place is a quaint little gem. It was the most perfect space for our family. We loved the stunning sunset views, the central location, the proximity of the beach .. just every detail. Our host was so communicative and generous. We arrived early and were able to get an early check in (not always available but what a blessing) ! Leaving was also flexible this visit. The apartment is so conveniently located and the views.... INCREDIBLE. Ericeira is a gem of a town. We hope to be back again in the future. Cannot thank our host enough for the hospitality."

"Nice view. Good location in central area. Communication with host pretty good. Street parking but could always find a space with a bit of a scout around. Don’t like giving negative reviews but the place really needs a spring clean. There are also quite a few things that could be sorted quite easily with a quality control inspection, a handyman and some paint. Busy apartment / apartments on the floor /floors above in which activity went on into the early morning on a couple of nights. If that suits you then it shouldn’t be an issue."

"Die Wohnung war perfekt für unseren Urlaub in Ericeira - die Lage, die Aussicht vom Balkon/von der Küche, die Betten und und und. Man ist im Stadtzentrum und kann von dort aus direkt zum Stadtstrand oder in der Stadt selbst verweilen; auch sind alle umliegenden Strände fußläufig erreichbar (für Bade-/Surfstunden einfach perfekt). Wir haben es hier sehr geliebt & werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :) Die Kommunikation mit Herwig war auch super & einwandfrei. Er war uns insbesondere last minute mit einem Flughafentransfer sehr hilfreich!"

"The apartment has the most amazing view and is in a great location! Downtown but in a quiet area. Herwig was very kind and helpful and and even happy to recommend stuff around. Definitely recommend the place! THe only thing to be aware of is that there is only one bathroom for the entire apartment, so if there are 6 people it could be a little tight. "Great flat located in the old town, 2 min walk from Harbour beach which was great for surfing. It was clean and had enough space for 6. Only downside is it didn’t have much of a balcony - just a little strip. But seeing as it’s in the heart of the old town, it didn’t matter too much. Herwig was super helpful and friendly. Pros: Great location Big apartment Nice view Easy checkin/out Great communication Cons: I wouldn’t say recently renovated Could do with a good clean (not crazy dirty, just needs a little extra cleaning) Hot water is temperamental (Herwig knows and I’m sure he will have it sorted)"

"Herwig met us on our arrival, having given us all the information we needed about transport from the airport, and booked our taxi for us. What a perfect hassle- free trip! He also organised surf lessons and board hire, so really, he made everything as easy as possible for us. We were a family group of 6 adults and teenagers and loved every minute of our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect- right in town and right on the beach. Sunset viewed from the kitchen with a Caipirinha or glass of wine in hand are one of many gorgeous memories which will sustain us over the winter. Being so close to everything gave us great independence- we didn't have to move in a pack- Coffee and Pasteis de Nata in the square for breakfast, small beers in the afternoon sunshine, renting bikes and motor scooters to explore the stunning coast, finishing up in one of the many excellent restaurants in Ericera. Very friendly people, eager to help in my quest to learn a few basics of Portuguese! Great butchers, lovely gourmet shop and a big fish, fruit and veg market made it easy to pick up great bbq food, and eating great fresh food, again with that view from the kitchen, was a perfect, simple pleasure. Thanks Herwig, and roll on next time!"
