O apartamento, localizado no centro da Ericeira, oferece uma excelente vista sobre os telhados do centro histórico e do oceano Atlântico. A apenas alguns minutos da Praia do Norte, é uma localização central, mas ainda num bairro calmo, o que o torna próximo não só da praia, mas também de bares, restaurantes e mercearias.

Ocupando o 2º andar de uma casa de 3 andares, este apartamento oferece um quarto duplo e mais um quarto com 2 camas individuais. Há uma cozinha com espaço aberto incluindo uma área de refeições e ligadas ao terraço com vista para o mar, onde se encontra um barbecue e uma zona de convívio para os jantares ao ar livre ao pôr-do-sol. A vista e a proximidade da praia é a maior vantagem deste apartamento onde se habituará a ouvir o som constante das ondas a bater à beira-mar. Não pretendendo ser luxuoso, o apartamento oferece um espaço confortável com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias relaxantes. Algumas partes da decoração são vintage com elementos originais do início dos anos 70. O apartamento inclui uma cozinha totalmente equipada, com máquina de lavar loiça e máquina de lavar roupa e uma casa de banho com duche suspenso. Toalhas e roupa de cama são fornecidas. No caso de ser alérgico a pássaros, por favor note que o vizinho tem um pombal fechado, obviamente separado mas visível do apartamento e que especialmente as crianças adoram observar.

"Mooi, schoon en ruim appartement met heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op de zee! Prima locatie, binnen een paar minuten lopen in het centrum. Herwig was heel behulpzaam en antwoordt snel op berichten, zo heeft hij bijvoorbeeld goede tips gegeven voor surflessen en heeft hij ervoor gezorgd dat dezelfde avond nog een nieuwe wasmachine werd ge?nstalleerd toen deze kapot bleek te zijn!"

We are quite sound sensitive so the Only drawback we had was that the main road in ericeira runs on the back of the building,. Die Schlafzimmer haben beide Parkettboden und Einbauschr?nke, das Bad ist gro?. Das Wohnzimmer wirkt ein bisschen altmodisch, ist aber ger?umig und hat ebenfalls Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse. Hinter dem Haus beginnt direkt die Altstadt. Um die Ecke ist ein sehr nettes Caf?, ebenso mit Meerblick, und der n?chste Strand ist nur etwa 5 Minuten Fu?weg entfernt. Die Wohnung hatte f?r uns sehr viel zu bieten und wir w?rden wieder kommen."

"This apartment has everything you could need, it is fantastically located for easy walking access to town and the many beaches in the area. The view from the balcony is tremendous and proved a lovely place to watch the sun go down. It is far larger than the pictures suggest and was very comfortable for 3 people. Herwig was very attentive over email and gave some great recommendations on food and the local area. Next time we are in Ericeira we know where to stay!"

"We loved this apartment! Nice shower for after your surf session. Great view from the balcony. The apartment is very close to the center of ericeira, which is such a fun place to be.
