O apartamento, localizado no centro da Ericeira, oferece uma excelente vista sobre os telhados do centro histórico e do oceano Atlântico. A apenas alguns minutos da Praia do Norte, é uma localização central, mas ainda num bairro calmo, o que o torna próximo não só da praia, mas também de bares, restaurantes e mercearias.

Um apartamento no telhado que tem um quarto duplo bastante grande com acesso directo ao terraço com vista para o mar, bem como um quarto adicional com 2 camas de solteiro. Há uma cozinha com espaço aberto incluindo uma área de refeições e ligadas ao terraço com vista para o mar, onde se encontra um barbecue e uma zona de convívio para os jantares ao ar livre ao pôr-do-sol. A vista e a proximidade da praia é a maior vantagem deste apartamento onde se habituará a ouvir o som constante das ondas a bater à beira-mar. Não pretendendo ser luxuoso, o apartamento oferece um espaço confortável com tudo o que é necessário para umas férias relaxantes. Algumas partes da decoração são vintage com elementos originais do início dos anos 70. O apartamento inclui uma cozinha totalmente equipada, com máquina de lavar loiça e máquina de lavar roupa e uma casa de banho com duche suspenso. Toalhas e roupa de cama são fornecidas. No caso de ser alérgico a pássaros, por favor note que o vizinho tem um pombal fechado, obviamente separado mas visível do apartamento e que especialmente as crianças adoram observar.

"Met zijn vieren een week in dit appartement verbleven. Wij zijn enthousiast, wat een heerlijk ruim appartement! Vanuit de woonkamer (met keuken) kan je via openslaande deuren naar een geweldig overdekt balkon. We hebben alle dagen in de schaduw kunnen ontbijten. Het uitzicht kan niet beter, namelijk 180 graden zeezicht! De zonsondergangen waren onovertroffen. Ook het contact met Herwig verliep gemakkelijk. Een balkondeur kregen we niet dicht, binnen half uur was ‘t gefikst. Tegenover het appartement zit een heerlijk bbq-take away. Supermarkt en bakkerij vlakbij. Het appartement zit centraal, aan de hoofdweg. Beach bus opstappunt voor de deur. Je loopt met paar minuten naar het centrum of de zee. Niet twijfelen, dit is een topper."

"We spent about 3 weeks here, and it was good. The pictures are accurate (if not more spacious), and the view is incredible. Probably one of the best in town. Although it’s away from the “center”, it’s about a 5 min walk to the beach, shops, etc. and a 10 min walk to the biggest grocery store. It is on one of the main roads, so if you sleep with a window open, you’ll hear street noise. We (3 people) were working remotely and the wifi gave out on us a few times, but Herwig & António were very responsive. The kitchen is functional, though slightly limited. Overall, this was a good stay and would recommend! The terrace is definitely the highlight with absolutely stunning views and lovely just to sit out there and chill at any time of day. He responded to all our questions very quickly and even helped us book our first surf lessons with one of the local surf schools. Great location as well - just 10 minutes walk away from lively old town center with lots of nice restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. And just 5 minutes walk to nearest beach. Would love to stay here again and can highly recommend this apartment! "Wie waren zwei Pärchen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt und die Aussicht wunderschön, wir sassen oft auf dem Balkon. Und auch als wir ein kleines Problem mit dem Boiler hatten, hatte Herwig super schnell reagiert und sich innert paar Minuten darum gekümmert, vielen lieben Dank! Ps: Die Betten, bzw die Kissen sind der Hammer und super bequem! :)"

"Herwig was such a wonderful host, incredibly responsive and caring. He recommended a great surf lesson and brought us laundry detergent. The place is well located and has an amazing view. We did have one person working remotely and the wifi wasn’t reliable, so he had to go to a coworking space. The street is quite noisy so something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Thanks for the awesome stay!"

"I stayed in the apartment for 70 days. I rented the apartment and had my friends rotating in the apartment every fortnite. We all loved the view. That is without a doubt the selling point of this apartment. You'd have to look real hard to get a better view of the ocean and the sunsets. We were staying long-term so we did have number of requests during our stay - extra drying rack, grater, extra bins for sorting trash, and more, the strangest of them all - a huge desk for a huge jigsaw puzzle. All of them were fulfilled. Two things that are fair to point out as minor drawbacks. The internet could be a bit slow when 4 people we're in full work on mode, but that was rare. The second is that there could be a bit of noise from the street towards the morning. But even when staying long-term, I got decent sleep in. So all'n'all it's ok. Big thank you to Herwig (manages the apartment), António (owner) as well as António's wife. They were all always available, really lovely and helpful."

"What a great experience! The apartment is spacious and impeccably clean, and the view is absolutely stunning. It is close to everything (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, beaches, surf spots and historical center) on a walking distance, and the parking spots available make any trips out of town even better. The communication with the host and the air b n b manager was great. They have been both wonderful host and made our month stay more than perfect. I would absolutely recommend this air b an b to anyone who wants to visit Ericeira or the nearby area."

"A great place, impeccably clean, in the perfect location on the edge of the 'old town'. The views from the balcony are perfect for a sunset drink and catching some late evening rays. All amenities you need are there for cooking etc. The only gripe we had was the WIFI / Internet. We were working whilst staying in Ericeira so needed a half-decent WIFI Connection,. Sadly, the connection was really not very good at all. We had to use our iPhones 'hotspots' the whole time to get any internet. If Internet is not important to you - and it shouldn't be really, if you are on a proper holiday - then the place is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying . The hosts (Antonio and Herwig) were very accommodating and responsive on messages and did as best they could to sort the WIFI issue as best they could, but it just wasn't to be as it seems a new direct connection needs to be installed. Review would have been 5/5 if it wasn't for the WIFI."

"thanks for your review, you forgot to mention that you got a 75€ compensation to make up for using your WiFi roaming data ans extra Internet costs, while most likely the whole problem was a service provider (MEO.PT) problem affecting Ericeira as a whole."

"Great Location in a nice part of upper town and groceries, restaurants, patisseries are all right outside the door. Great upper floor unit with a view of the ocean and waves crashing, was also nice to hear the pigeons cooing and smell the charcoal grills from the terrace. Nice large 2BR layout with bedrooms on either end of the main living area which afforded a lot of privacy. Huge patio with lots of seating was great for breakfast and dinners, and dinette booth inside great for playing cards & games :) Really enjoyed our stay."
