O apartamento Andorinha está localizado no centro histórico da Ericeira, numa área residencial tranquila. O apartamento foi remodelado recentemente e tem equipamento moderno. Bares, restaurantes e clubes estão a poucos minutos a pé, assim como as praias.

O apartamento no 1º andar tem 2 quartos, um com uma cama de casal e outro com um beliche para duas pessoas. Um lugar ideal para uma pequena família ou grupo de amigos. Possui uma cozinha totalmente equipada, uma pequena sala de estar e uma casa de banho com chuveiro. A casa tem uma pequena varanda com mesa e cadeiras de madeira. Uma escada estreita leva a um terraço amplo com vista para o mar localizado no topo do telhado, outro ex-libris do apartamento Andorinha. Além disso, há um pátio relaxante no piso térreo, com muita sombra e uma churrasqueira. O uso do patio é compartilhado com os moradores dos dois apartamentos do piso térreo.

"I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay here - perfect for our family of three. Herwig and Alex were above and beyond responsive and helpful. We were late arriving and Alex still walked us around the town so we would be familiar with where the main points were (grocery, restaurants, beach, etc). There was fresh fruit, pastries, and juice waiting for us when we arrived. The house itself was perfect - extremely well done and thoughtfully planned... from the overall layout to the kitchen appliances to the (numerous) cozy blankets. It was extremely clean. The balcony was wonderful. We spent much of our time up there, enjoying the sun and breeze. The location was great - short walking distance to lots of wonderful restaurants and shops, and very close to the fisherman's/swimmer's beach. (If you want to surf, you'll need to drive to the nearby surfing beaches.) I've stayed at numerous vacation rentals, and I can easily say that this rental tops them all! Thanks Herwig and Alex!!!"

"Die Unterkunft von Herwig hat uns sehr gefallen. Alles war top sauber und klein aber fein und für vier Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Herwig hat uns beim Surf-Kurs buchen supportet und war immer total gut erreichbar. Einmal hatten wir ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine und Alex war innerhalb von 10 Minuten bei uns und hat uns geholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

"En un mot : parfait ! L appartement était parfait en tout point : propreté, aménagement et un rooftop avec vue sur l océan ! Il est très bien placé, tout à pied : restaurants, plage, commerces... Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alex qui est venu nous chercher à la gare routière. A notre arrivée, il y avait de l'eau, un jus de fruit au frais, des fruits et des biscuits ! Alex est d une grande gentillesse. La communication avec Herwig a également été parfaite. Il a rapidement répondu à toutes nos questions, a aidé notre arrivée avec Alex et a organisé notre départ à l aéroport avec un service de transfert. Partant tard, Herwig et Alex nous ont permis de laisser nos bagages toute la journée avant notre départ ; nous avons alors pu profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée sur Ericeira. Un grand merci à eux ! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse."

"Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für unseren Aufenthalt in Ericeira aussuchen können. Die Wohnung ist grandios gelegen. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bis auf das Geschnatter der Möwen war es Nachts sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und die Wohnung samt Dachterasse nicht nur schnuckelig portugiesisch sondern auch sauber, gemütlich, bestens eingerichtet und vom Kleinkind über den Teenager bis zu uns zwei Erwachsene haben sich alle sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen."

Il est facile de se garer juste à l'extérieur de la vieille ville et de vous rendre à pied en 5 minutes au logement. Alex est extrêmement réactif et attentionné, nous avons été ravis du séjour. Le centre d'Ericeira est charmant et très calme excepté concernant les chiens, les sirènes des pompiers en journée et les mouettes ! Mais on s'habitue vite. Je recommande ce logement qui est tout à fait typique."

Alex and Lena are extremely responsive, they are super pleasant people and they give great local tips! During high season give your self a little more time to find parking, but you will find and walking through Ericeira back to the apartment is an absolute charm! "We where warmly welcomed in Ericeira by Alex. He and his wife are very kind and friendly. Our first experience with Portugal was unforgettable. The town and the appartment have a cosy and relaxed vibe. The appartment was very clean and complete. Our sons loved the skatepark in the neighbourhood. Also the surfing was very nice. "Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Teil von Ericeira. Zentrum, Restaurants, Supermarket und auch der Stadtstrand sind aber dennoch in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Für unseren kleinen Mietwagen fanden wir immer schnell in unmittelbarere Nähe eine Parklücke. Die kleine Wohnung ist gemütlich, gut mit Küchengeräten bestückt und bot unserer Familie (Kinder im Alter von 5 und 8) genügend Platz. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Alex herzlich begrüsst. Herwig, eine sehr freundliche und offene Person, haben wir später zweimal getroffen. Er war immer erreichbar, kennt sich perfekt aus in Ericeira und verfügt über gute Kontakte. Er gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps und organisierte uns eine neue Bleibe, als wir uns entschlossen, noch zwei weitere Tage anzuhängen. Wenn wir zurück nach Ericeira gehen, werden wir uns mit Sicherheit wieder an Herwig wenden."
