Os apartamentos Arriba ficam numa localização privilegiada à beira-mar, no centro norte da Ericeira, nas falesias frente a Praia do Norte. Descer até a Praia do Norte e a praia vizinha de São Sebastião leva apenas alguns minutos. Lojas de alimentos, padarias, cafés, bares, restaurantes e discoteca estão por perto. Não vai precisar de um carro se sua intenção é surfar e ficar só na Ericeira. No caso de você vir de carro, há uma área de estacionamento frente a casa.

Arriba I é um apartamento ocupando todo primeiro andar de uma moradia recentemente remodelado e com uma localização única à beira-mar. Tem 3 quartos: um com 2 camas individuais, outro com 2 camas individuais extra grandes (1,50m) e uma sala / quarto com um chaise lounge que se transforma em 2 camas individuais. Esta é a área de relaxamento do apartamento, com espreguiçadeira, sofá-cama e cadeiras, TV de ecrã plana, com canais a cabo, Netflix e Wi-Fi de fibra óptica 100mbs para seu entretenimento. Há também um DVD player, então traga os programas favoritos de seus filhos junto com seus melhores filmes de surf. A cozinha em espaço aberto está totalmente equipada (máquina de lavar e lava-louça) e possui uma área de refeições de bom tamanho, mesmo em frente do Oceano Atlântico. Estende-se para um pequeno terraço com churrasqueira e pequenas mesas e cadeiras para apreciar o pôr do sol épico da Ericeira. A casa de banho de estilo moderno têm um amplo chuveiro. As vistas são realmente incríveis, consegue-se ver para o Sul até as montanhas de Sintra e para o Norte até a famosas praias de surf Ribeira d'Ilhas e Coxos.

"Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft mit Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Herwig hatte immer schnell geantwortet und ist auch selbst auf uns zugekommen wenn es etwas gab um uns den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu machen. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Viellen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Sommerurlaub."

He helped us a lot on the planning, organised surfing lessons with a surfcamp nearby and was always very helpful. The place is in good condition, very functional and very spacious. "Very beautiful View. Close to Center and Supermarket. We got offered a better Appartment than actually intented to book, because it was Off-Season. Key handling very easy and quick. We had some beer and water as a wellcome gift. All in all easy and uncomlicated."

"This location was a perfect find! The ocean view from the kitchen and balcony is just great and the apartment was very clean, nice and worked well. No A/C is needed, just open the windows even in a very hot weather, and the Atlantic ocean cools the apartment really well. Herwig was a great host and so helpful. He's an easygoing and very friendly person, and it was very nice to get to know him shortly. There was a nice old lady in the ground floor apartment welcoming us with smile and Portuguese (which we don't speak). I believe we'll return to this exact apartment next time when we visit Ericeira. thanks again for your nice words and hopefully see you again next year"
