O apartamento duplex de luxo no 3º andar no centro da Ericeira é uma das melhores opções se procura uma casa confortável no meio da villa. O apartamento fica perto de várias praias (Praia dos Pescadores, Praia do Sul e Praia do Norte), todas a uma curta caminhada. Mercearias, o mercado municipal, restaurantes, cafés, bares, clubes estão literalmente ao virar da esquina.

Este elegante e espaçoso apartamento de dois andares tem 3 quartos, fica no centro da Ericeira e foi completamente remodelado em 2014. No piso inferior a grande sala de estar leva a uma cozinha de espaço aberto e zona de refeições. Ambos estão ligados ao grande terraço com vista para o mar que domina os telhados do centro histórico da Ericeira e convida a passar momentos aconchegantes. Uma grande marquis cobre o terraço, um duche exterior e uma estação de barbecue completam este bonito espaço exterior. Também no piso inferior há 2 quartos (um tem uma cama de casal com cama de puxar para uma terceira pessoa e o outro tem duas camas de solteiro e uma cama de casal de beliche alto). Ambos os quartos dão para um pequeno terraço, equipado com mobiliário exterior. Uma grande casa de banho serve ambos os quartos. O nível superior é alcançado a partir da sala de estar por uma escada de madeira maciça. Tem o quarto principal (suite com cama de casal) com vista para o mar e uma casa de banho privativa.

"Casa do Telhado is a really comfortable 3rd floor apartment, with lovely views from the very spacious sun terrace. It catered comfortably for our group of 7 adults. It is located within a minute of the Old Town centre & a few minutes stroll to Fisherman's Beach.....perfect!"

"We loved this apartment, the location is fantastic, is right in the centre of the town. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable. We are a family of five with two teenagers and a smaller one, it was quite spacious for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone and we will be back to stay again!"

"The only issue with the apartment is parking, which is a problem if you have a car. "

"We very much appreciated the styling and comfort of the apartment, from towels to candles. The roofterrace with sunscreen, BBQ and beautiful view was excellent. Inside we appreciated very much the couch and the luxurious kitchen and bathrooms."

"the kitchen equipment could be upgraded a little, with for example wineglasses etc. the two single beds in the 4p sleeping room make too much noise when turning around. furthermore some extra light in the living room would be nice. but overall we appreciated the apartment and the excellent service of Herwig very much."
